Place your order through the website and then send me:

• Your logo / Image – ideally as a high-quality Image

• Please advise if you would like: 

Background  Transparent / See-Through or
Solid White/Colour - Non-Transparent

• Any wording or additional information you would like included
• Any specific colours or design preferences

CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN OPTION

When ordering, please select the design service you require:

STANDARD LOGO / IMAGE - OWN IMAGE PROVIDED
Perfect if you already have your own business logo. Send me your high-resolution logo along with the care instructions or additional wording you would like included, and I will arrange these into a clean, professional cup care label.

This option includes layout and placement of your supplied logo and wording but does not include creating new artwork, a new logo or a completely bespoke label design.

FULL CUSTOM DESIGN – AT AN ADDITIONAL COST
Choose this option if you would like me to create the full look and design of your cup care label for you.

Send me your logo, preferred colours, style and any ideas or inspiration you have, and I will create a personalised label design to complement your business and branding.

Whichever option you choose, a digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your labels are sent to print.

Please note: The design service covers the creation of your cup care label for this order and is charged in addition to the cost of your 50 UV DTF labels.

SENDING YOUR LOGO & INFORMATION

Once you have placed your order, please send your artwork to me by email at Craftdynamics@yahoo.com or message via TikTok, WhatsApp or the messaging service here.

When sending your artwork, please include:

• Your name and order number so I can match your artwork to your order
• Your logo/image as an attachment rather than a screenshot where possible
• Any additional wording or care instructions you would like included
• Any colour or layout requests

For the best possible print quality, please send your logo as a high-resolution PNG file. A PNG with a transparent background is ideal.

Please do not send screenshots or low-resolution images where possible, as these can appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

If sending by email, please put your order number in the subject line.

If sending by message, please include your order number in the message along with your artwork.

YOUR DESIGN PROOF

Once I have received your logo and information, I will create your personalised cup care label design.

A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your labels are sent to print.

Please check your proof carefully to make sure you are completely happy with the design, spelling, wording and layout.

Your labels will not be sent to print until you have approved your proof.

Once you have approved your design, no further changes can be made, so please make sure you are completely happy before giving your approval.

TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow approximately 7–14 days turnaround for your custom labels, once design has been approved by yourself. 

Please respond to your proof as soon as possible, as delays in approving your design may increase the overall turnaround time.

Alternatively, you can provide your own wording to suit your products.

IMPORTANT

The quality of the finished UV DTF labels will depend on the quality of the artwork supplied. Please provide the clearest and highest-resolution version of your logo available.

Production cannot begin until I have received all artwork, wording and information required for your labels.

As these labels are custom-made and personalised specifically for your business, please make sure all wording and information you provide is correct.
